She studied at the University of Southern Mississippi, and at Maui School of Therapeutic Massage, and is a Certified Metanoia Catholic Coach. She holds several certifications in Massage and Bodywork Therapy, as well as Functional Nutrition and Life Model Formation. She has worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, as a founder of consulting, wellness, and Catholic ministry initiatives, and in workshop facilitation within Metanoia Catholic Community. She and her husband Scott have three children. Jessica enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
